PATHWAYS TO PERSONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Presents a unique system for self improvement in its structure and methodology
  • Program structure is based upon simple laws of physics, particularly as regards:
Molecular nature of information
Structuring the manner in which information impacts upon the brain
Introspective analysis is an essential component of the Program.  Through this process, the participant will, among other things:
  • Objectively analyze physical, intellectual and philosophical characteristics of him or herself
  • Utilize the areas selected to create a rotating system of targeted self improvement
  • Create philosophical frameworks through which to process information and life's experiences and by which to make decisions
Targeted self improvement is acheived, the participant experiences:
  • Increased energy
  • The ability to improve indefinately
  • Higher self esteem

Consistent use of the framework
  • Greatly stabilizes mental processes
  • Creates consistency in decision making
  • Greatly increases focus
  • Moves the participant toward the designated goals and target behaviors
The method puts the participant in complete control of the selection of the component parts that will be used to create processing mechanisms.
  • The Program is thus tailored to the individual philosophies of the participant, rather than a particular Program ideology
The Program is used to assist the participant in understanding:
  • The process for selecting frameworks through which to process information and life;
  • How to use the frameworks for processing information;
  • The manner in which the brain is likely to respond to the consistent use of the frameworks;
  • The optimum time to move to a new framework;
  • How to perpetuate the process indefinitely.
Motivation, like the structure of the system itself, is based upon logic.
  • Self improvement leads to increased self esteem
  • Increased self esteem leads to increased happiness
  • As the quality of brain function increases, so does the quality of decision making
  • Better decisions create better lives which further increases happiness and self esteem
The fuel for being successful with this Program is a strong desire and a deep commitment to personal improvement.  It requires thought, planning, monitoring and adjusting, as well as meaningful execution of target behaviors.   • The brain is reactionary in nature, reacting to information in a preprogrammed manner
  • A framework is a proactive measure providing the participant with a system which can be used to process all information
  • Frameworks are selected according to the numeric values placed upon various concepts which are themselves significant by their very nature
  • Application and progress begin immediately once the framework is selected and applied
Over time the initial framework will have maximized its utility [usually at an 80% effective level], and new frameworks should be substituted.  The initial framework should be used for several years, given its overall importance to the individual in the initial selection process.
  • Once the original framework has yielded maximum potential other, shorter term frameworks will be employed
  • As the process is repeated, the individual improves accordingly
  • There is no limit to the number of frameworks that can be utilized in a person’s lifetime
  • There is a basis for indefinite improvement throughout an individual’s lifetime

  • All principles of aerobic conditioning apply to the brain
  • Properly trained from a muscular perspective, brain power grows indefinitely
  • Frameworks supplement, compliment and enhance this process greatly increasing the yield

Programming Self Improvement
Introspective analysis is utilized at the outset of this process.To the greatest extent possible, the participant creates a picture of him or herself, by self analyzing and quantifying many of the elements that make us who we are.  These include the physical aspects, which are easy to quantify, to the more important areas of who we are philosophically and who we want to create ourselves to be.
  • The participant analyzes him or herself as regards various traits which comprise who he or she is
  • These operative level of these traits are quantified somewhere between one and one hundred
  • Three of these traits are selected for targeted self improvement
  • The traits so selected are graphed and linked together to create an operating unit
  • Steps are outlined which will provide a pathway to improvement in each of the areas selected and placed into a written format
  • As these steps are undertaken improvement occurs automatically
  • Progress is monitored to insure that improvement is occurring in an orderly, across the board manner in the areas selected
  • As all areas undergo improvement, there is an overall improvement in the person.
Once the requisite level of success is reached in the initial target areas [generally at 80% success in the early years], new areas are selected.  These areas will be apparent as progress in other areas is achieved.  This is a function of the increased level of existence which accompanies higher levels of thinking and behaviors.
